Brand Development, Creative Direction
This is me, living the dream, rippin’ around the New Legend offices on a Honda Trail 70 before a photo shoot.
I was brought on to lead the creative team as Brand Manager in the Fall of 2018. My mission was to apply systemic standards to the creative team’s workflow process while elevating the brand’s identity. This was achieved through team member training, analysis, product development, and brand partnerships.
Identity Usage Brand Guide
This single document was the catalyst for taking the New Legend brand to the next level. Having a “brand Bible” allows your creative team to move quickly and confidently with cohesion and confidence.
New Legend Build Sheets
Once v1 of the Brand Usage documentation was distributed among the creative team, we began applying the style guides to the brand’s collateral to create a more cohesive experience for the customer. These are examples of the first Build Sheets to be sent out to new customers as a brief overview of the options they had selected for their build.
New Legend Product Development
With years of small batch manufacturing experience, developing a lineup of gear for New Legend was a logical next step. I worked closely with Sean and his team to design and produce prototypes for production. The gear book below showcases our first small batch of limited products. Customers who purchased a New Legend truck in 2018 were gifted a complementary gear bundle to further enhance their experience.
